Dock-to-dock flow

Seven stages. Three gates. Nothing skipped.

Every item follows the same traceable path. Pack, release and dock-out are held for approval before a shipment leaves the building.

Stage by stage

Dock-in
The inbound shipment is logged at the dock with a dock-in code, carrier, tracking number and unit count, so the driver and the floor agree before anything is opened.

Intake
Contents are verified against the manifest. Shortages and damage are recorded at intake rather than discovered later.

Unpack
Every item is scanned out of its carton and into inventory, tied to the shipment it arrived on. Tag codes print to the thermal printer at the station.

Prep
Basic prep, combo packs and multipack conversions are performed to Amazon spec, with FNSKU labels printed on the floor.

Pack
Items are scanned into boxes on an outbound order. The pack stage is held for admin approval before it can be released.

Release
An admin reviews the packed order and releases it. Nothing reaches the outbound dock without this approval.
07
Dock-out
The approved shipment leaves the building, and the units out are recorded against the order.

Four ways out

You build and ship the FBA shipment on the customer's behalf.
